The PC36 Opinion

We've crafted this BIOS USB stick so that you can update your BIOS with ease. It also contains your motherboard's LAN and WiFi drivers so you can get connected!

You need to tell us your motherboard model, including whether it is a WiFi version or a "V2". If it is a Gigabyte motherboard, tell us the revision as well (e.g. rev1.1)

You place the USB into the designated BIOS flashback slot on the motherboard (back of the PC), then hold down the BIOS flash button for 7 seconds. Then wait 15 minutes

USB drive:

  • 2GB or larger USB flash drive
 

How to find your motherboard model number

If you bought the motherboard separately, check your receipt. If you bought a full PC, check your receipt/spec list to find the motherboard's model number. It will also be on a sticker on the box for the motherboard

It will be something like:

"MSI B550-A PRO"

or

"Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Master"

For Gigabyte motherboards, tell us the revision number as well, for example:

Returns

We will accept returns if you contact us within 14 calendar days from delivery, provided the item is in the same condition it is provided to you. That includes any boxes and packaging.

The buyer pays the return postage cost.

Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty as standard on all items. You'll also be able to claim manufacturer warranty by registering directly with them

For warranty claims, we will provide a drop-off delivery label free of charge. If you would like the PC collected instead, there would be a small surcharge for this.
